Under this program crutches, wheelchairs, artificial hands, artificial legs, tricycles etc., are distributed free.  The eligibility criterion to receive this is that one needs to be disabled and not have the means to acquire such equipment.  Other devices such as walking sticks and walking aids are also given under this program.
